Patient Access Representative Night Shift- Full Time

Full-time position with overnight hours from 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday. Includes holiday rotation and occasional weekend shifts. Generous shift differential for overnight work.

Responsibilities

• Stationed out of the Emergency Department
• Admit patients to all levels of care in the facility, including inpatients and outpatients
• Capture all insurance and patient demographic information for complete registration
• Answer telephone at hospital switchboard and direct patients as needed

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Experience in a medical setting preferred
• Good computer and communication skills
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
• Must pass a background check, health assessment (including applicable vaccinations), and drug screen before hiring
