About the role

Provide exceptional patient access services to ensure timely appointments and smooth patient flow. Handle inquiries regarding scheduling, insurance verification, and patient registration.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries regarding scheduling, insurance verification, and patient registration.
• Ensure accurate and timely appointment scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external parties.
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
