Patient Access Representatives deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensuring exceptional experiences and making positive impacts in the community.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register and greet patients as they enter the facility.
• Verify patient information and collect copays.
• Set the tone for the patient's visit by providing stellar patient care.
• Function as a Super User and assist in training new caregivers.
• Provide registration and cash collection access in Epic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in a customer-facing role, or an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Sufficient knowledge of medical terminology to understand physician orders.
• Basic PC software application knowledge and ability to use multiple data systems.
• Confidence and efficiency in an emergency department setting.

Qualifications

Minimum hourly: $15.75
Maximum hourly: $21.65

Schedule

Evensnights from 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. with weekend and holiday requirements.
