Responsibilities
- Enter and verify demographic and insurance information
- Identify and collect patient financial obligations
- Register or admit patients
- Promote a positive patient and family experience
- Exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills
Qualifications
- No minimum education required
- Average Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management or related field preferred
- Required 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
- Preferred 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field

Pay
Salary range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Schedule
100% FTE, day shift working Monday - Friday from 8:30 am – 5 pm
