Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify demographic and insurance information
  • Identify and collect patient financial obligations
  • Register or admit patients
  • Promote a positive patient and family experience
  • Exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills

Qualifications

  • No minimum education required
  • Average Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management or related field preferred
  • Required 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field

Pay

Salary range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule

100% FTE, day shift working Monday - Friday from 8:30 am – 5 pm
