Patient Access Liaison

About the role

The Patient Access Liaison (PAL) supports site-level patient engagement by assisting with REMS certification, strengthening site access, and providing compliant reimbursement education to healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS processes
• Support operational readiness for therapy delivery
• Provide reimbursement and case management education
• Troubleshoot access barriers
• Coordinate treatment logistics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain compliant documentation in CRM
• Develop and execute account plans
• Uphold non-promotional boundaries

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare reimbursement, patient access, or case management
• Expertise in access processes, specialty pharmacy, coverage, prior authorization, and patient journey support
• Strong planning, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Residing within 25 miles of the geography

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary between $180,000 and $200,000 USD
