PATIENT ACCESS LIAISON
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls
- Oversight of Zoom chat communications for schedulers
- Optimizing the waitlist
- Addressing urgent clinical escalations
- Conducting monthly meetings to review errors and identify improvements
- Collaborating with Quality Assurance for process enhancements
- Handling direct referral requests
- Providing on-the-job training and support for schedulers, especially regarding changes to Zingtree
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of experience in patient registration and/or patient scheduling, plus 1 year of related customer service
- Or
- One and a half (1.5) years of experience (18 months) of relevant patient access and/or scheduling experience at Moffitt Cancer Center, plus 1 year of related customer service
Pay
Salary range: $21.12 - $32.24
Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
