Patient Access Coordinator - Float Position

About the role

Full-Time opportunity to join our team at ENT & Allergy Specialists of Western PA. Primary work location is Beaver, PA, but travel is also required to Sewickley & Seven Fields offices.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm

Pay

• Salary range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
• $1,000 RETENTION BONUS is offered!

Responsibilities

• Working in the EMR/patient data entry
• Welcoming patients upon arrival
• Educating patients on their copayments and financial obligations and collecting payments
• Scheduling appointments
• Testing
• Insurance authorizations and verification
• Assisting in ENT clinics to provide support to patients and clinicians
