Patient Access Coordinator

You will play a key role in overseeing operations and managing error, audit, and productivity reports while providing technical expertise for multiple system interfaces within Patient Access.
Responsibilities
- Daily oversight of operations and management of error, audit, and productivity reports.
- Provide technical expertise for multiple system interfaces within Patient Access.
- Track and trend errors to develop and conduct associate training or provide input into training programs.
- Act as a liaison with the Business Office, IT, and clinical staff.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and communicate needs to associates.
- Communicate shift needs to the supervisor or manager as appropriate.
- Provide input for associate evaluations (as applicable).
- Participate in committee involvement as assigned.
- Provide project management as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required upon hire).
- One year of applicable experience (required).
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification (preferred; obtained within one year of hire, as applicable).

Pay
$21.35 - $36.23 per hour.
