About the Role
The Patient Access Coordinator is a remote call center representative that handles all incoming telephone calls efficiently and in a timely manner. This individual is responsible for triaging calls throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients needing assistance.
- Create patient records, triage calls, and send messages or schedule appointments based on patient needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism and patience when handling calls.
- Maintain department productivity levels for customer satisfaction, including meeting or exceeding monthly scorecard expectations.
- Escalate calls to Supervisor or other departments as necessary.
- Answer questions regarding patient appointments.
- Perform other duties and assist on additional lines as assigned by manager.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and scripting to consistently achieve call-time and quality standards.
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (minimum education requirement).
- 1+ years of high-volume call center experience.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Medical terminology knowledge highly preferred (healthcare experience not required).
- Reliable, high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection.
- Must reside in DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, NJ, PA, SC, or TX.
Pay
$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
