We're hiring a Patient Access Coordinator to join our patient outreach team. This is an in-person role based at our Palm Springs office — no prior healthcare experience required; we'll train you on everything you need to know.What you'll do: Call patients to schedule wellness visits, physicals, and necessary follow-up appointments Build genuine rapport with patients and coordinate with their care providers Track outreach and patient info in our scheduling/EMR software Work collaboratively with the care team — family, physicians, and providers — to coordinate services Provide summaries to relevant stakeholders to help improve patient outcomes Communicate as needed with physicians and other healthcare professionals Follow all HIPAA, confidentiality, and privacy guidelines What we're looking for: Reliable and punctual — someone we can count on to show up and follow through Ready and willing to learn — we'll train you on our software and processes Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional on the phone Comfortable learning new software quickly (Microsoft Office required) Able to handle a fast-paced call environment High school diploma required Nice to have (not required): AA or Bachelor's degree Experience with patient engagement/interaction Experience in a contact center environment Experience with EMR software (eClinicalWorks, Athena, PracticeFusion, etc.) Bilingual Unrestricted driver's license Schedule: Monday–Friday Required, on-site
