Patient Access Associate - Emergency Department
About the role
You’ll work side-by-side with clinical teams as the first point of contact for patients and families. You’ll support the patient journey through registration, insurance verification, admissions, and follow-up—helping create a positive experience during critical moments.
Responsibilities
- Support the patient journey through registration, insurance verification, admissions, and follow-up
- Work with diverse patient populations and real-time care environments
- Gain experience in a fast-paced hospital setting
Requirements
- Computer and data entry experience is required with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication
- The ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Related experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred

$4,000 sign-on bonus available (prorated for part-time)
