About the role

HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their South Atlantic Division are seeking a Pathology Medical Director at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Join our dynamic team at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital, a comprehensive 454-bed acute care facility in the heart of Jacksonville.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality driven, evidence and value-based pathology professional services in a timely and cost-efficient manner for all patients and clients.
• Employ the best talent to advance care for our patients.
• Work cooperatively within diverse environments, have excellent interpersonal skills, and successfully establish and maintain positive relationships with hospital medical staff, technical staff, and referring physicians.

Requirements

• AP and CP board certification is required.
• At least three years of hospital-based experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP.
• Active Florida Medical License and/or FCVS is a plus.
