Responsibilities

• Moderate case volume in a thriving college town environment
• Diverse mix of general surgical pathology and cytopathology cases
• No autopsy requirement
• Strong support network from PathGroup’s extended subspecialty teams
• Collegial relationships with hospital administration and clinical staff
• General surgical pathology and cytopathology sign-out
• Frozen section and intraoperative consultation services
• Clinical pathology oversight duties (transfusion services, chemistry, hematology)
• Participation in tumor boards and interdisciplinary clinical discussions
• Commitment to maintaining diagnostic accuracy and laboratory quality standards
