Responsibilities
- Conducting surveys and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative data
- Analyzing data using statistical software and reporting findings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects
- Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with research protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, sociology, public health, or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in research or survey methodology
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
