Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Description

Crowell & Moring is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Intellectual Property practice in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, San Francisco or Washington, DC.

• Experience in federal district court patent litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions and briefs; managing written discovery; and conducting legal research.
• Preparation for and participation in depositions and other phases of litigation.
• A bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Hands-on coding experience in modern programming languages.
• Technical aptitude to work effectively with complex technologies and collaborate with clients across a broad range of industries.
• Member of the state bar for the office to which they are applying or eligible for admission by waiver.

• The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $320,000.
