Patent Litigation Associate

About the role

A prestigious law firm seeks a Patent Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation practice group in the Minneapolis office. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery
• Prepare briefs
• Support trial preparation

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of patent litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases
• Strong academic credentials, with excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively in a team setting
• Admission to practice in Minnesota, or eligibility to gain admission
• USPTO admission is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $200,000 to $235,000, based on experience and qualifications
