Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, sophisticated patent litigation solutions — whether offensively or defensively in competitor v. competitor matters, or in the defense of lawsuits brought by non-practicing entities — that help clients navigate these complex cases successfully and cost-effectively.
Requirements
- 2 - 7 years patent litigation experience
- Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering degree
- Excellent academic credentials required
