Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inventors and technical experts to develop patent strategies
• Ensure compliance with PTO regulations

Requirements

• Registered Patent Attorney with the PTO and a state bar
• Minimum of two years of legal experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
