• Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings and consultations.
• Research legal issues and prepare memoranda.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**

Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio or have the ability to obtain such licensure within six months of starting employment.

• Experience in legal research and writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**

• Experience working in a law firm setting.
