Patent Agent

This Patent Agent role in the Computer Science or Computer Engineering field is part of our growing Intellectual Property practice group and may be remote in any state where Dinsmore has an office.

Responsibilities

• Patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio management, strategic analysis, and opinion work.
• Significant client contact.

Requirements

• Experience in networking, virtual networking, and cloud computing.
• Experience in telecommunications, particularly 3GPP standards (preferred).
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Ph.D. and/or industry experience (preferred).
• Academic credentials and excellent research ability.
• USPTO registration.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay

Up to $125,000.
