About the role
Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and empathy. Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with accuracy and care. Complete patient registrations following established guidelines. Help prevent billing delays by ensuring clean, error-free accounts. Maintain fast, precise data entry in a busy, fast-moving environment. Collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently. Provide age-appropriate service to the diverse patient population we serve.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
- A calm, positive presence even on busy days.
- A commitment to our mission, values, and the families we serve.
Qualifications
