About the role

As a Patient Access Representative, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for children and their families during some of their most important moments. Your work ensures that every patient is registered accurately and compassionately — setting the stage for excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
• Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with accuracy and care
• Complete patient registrations following established guidelines
• Help prevent billing delays by ensuring clean, error‑free accounts
• Maintain fast, precise data entry in a busy, fast‑moving environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently
• Provide age‑appropriate service to the diverse patient population we serve

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting
• A calm, positive presence even on busy days
• A commitment to our mission, values, and the families we serve

Schedule

• Week 1: Sunday, Friday 7AM-3:30PM
• Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday 7AM-3:30PM
