Responsibilities

• Work independently at times and with a team in the kitchen requiring significant supervision and training
• Perform all basic cooking and pastry skills
• Work a single station in the kitchen

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills
• 2 years of previous line experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
• Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $33.00 - $45.00
