The Moorings of Arlington Heights is seeking a dedicated Pastry Cook to join their mission-driven community. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.35 to $26.98 based on experience, along with a generous $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing a variety of dishes from scratch, including accompaniments and garnishes
• Adhering to food safety and quality guidelines
• Working across different dining areas as needed
• Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of preparation techniques for all dining settings
• Planning and organizing daily food production to ensure timely service
• Maintaining proper portioning, plating, and presentation standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Highschool / GED Required
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Cafeteria Cooking experience
• Preferred but not required: English language proficiency
