Cake Decorating
- Produce all dessert items, including plated dessert components, cakes, and pastries, on a daily basis
- Follow directions and recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Absorb and follow pastry sous chef or executive pastry chef’s guidance
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Check pars and quality of ingredients on a daily basis
- Fulfill orders for delivery given by pastry sous chef or executive pastry chef
- Perform delivery check-ins to ensure accuracy and quality
- Attend certain outside events and programs as needed
