Job Summary
Help us cook for our wonderful students!
Responsibilities
- Preparing fresh fruit, vegetables, and other products
- Serving breakfast, cooking and serving lunch for all classrooms; serving a morning and afternoon snack
- Writing and preparing monthly lunch and snack menus
- Cleaning and washing prep table, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning and organizing the prep fridge and pantry
- Rinsing kitchen equipment and cutting boards
- Maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen and pantry
- Budgeting, managing, and ordering inventory
- Assisting in other areas as needed assigned by management
- And most importantly… having fun! You are working in a preschool!
Qualifications
- Experience cooking for 150 children plus is a must!
Pay
New Cooks generally earn between $12 and $15 an hour depending on professional experience.
Schedule
Hours will be Monday through Friday only! Weekends free!
