About the role
A small town church of approximately 30 people is seeking a pastor who is married with kids and has experience in church planting to rebuild a small and struggling church.
Responsibilities
- Lead worship services and pastoral care
- Develop and implement a church planting strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with congregation members
- Oversee the spiritual growth of church members
- Collaborate with other church leaders to enhance community outreach
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of pastoral experience
- Experience in church planting
- Ability to lead and inspire a congregation
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the local area
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in theology or related field
- Relevant certifications or licenses (if applicable)
