About the role

A small town church of approximately 30 people is seeking a pastor, preferably married with kids, who has experience in church planting to rebuild a small and struggling church.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship services and pastoral care
• Develop and implement a church planting strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with congregation members
• Oversee the spiritual growth of church members
• Collaborate with other church leaders to enhance community outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ministry or related field
• Minimum 5 years of pastoral experience
• Experience in church planting
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel within the local area
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
