About the role

Victory Baptist Church of Homer City, PA is seeking a new pastor. The church is small, conservative, independent, and fundamental KJV only Bible believers. They use only old hymns and similar Christ honoring songs. Located 6 miles south of Indiana, PA, they have an attendance of about 25 on Sunday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship services using only old hymns and similar Christ honoring songs
• Provide spiritual guidance to members
• Oversee church activities and events
• Preach and teach the Bible
• Build and maintain relationships with congregation members

Requirements

• Strong biblical foundation and commitment to KJV only beliefs
• Experience leading worship services
• Ability to preach and teach the Bible effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for building and maintaining relationships with congregation members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Religion or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of pastoral experience
• Experience with youth and children’s ministry a plus
