About the role

The pastor will lead the worship and teaching at Bradford Baptist Church, which blends traditional and modern music. The church averages 90-100 attendees per service, ranging from various age groups. The church is involved in local and international missions through ministries such as Vacation Bible School, jail ministry, Operation Christmas Child, and a monthly men's prayer breakfast. The church is debt-free and has well-maintained facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sunday morning and midweek services
• Teach and preach using the King James Version (KJV)
• Engage in local and international missions
• Oversee VBS, jail ministry, Operation Christmas Child, and men's prayer breakfast

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of pastoral experience
• Bachelor's degree in theology or related field
• Strong commitment to the teachings of the KJV
• Experience leading worship and teaching
• Ability to engage in local and international missions

Qualifications

• Strong biblical knowledge and understanding
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with congregation members
• Experience with technology and social media
