Passenger Service Supervisor

What you will be doing

Aid passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other passenger issues in the airport. Maintain a positive attitude and offer assistance.

Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers’ documents

• Verify passengers' documents prior to boarding aircraft
• Interpret identification labels and baggage/cargo routing tags

Ensure work areas are organized and functional

• Check-in area
• Lobby
• Gate
• Baggage

Other responsibilities in the gate area

• Make announcements
• Check baggage
• Assign seats

Safety, Security, Wellbeing And Compliance

• Take reasonable care of the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and others
• Comply with workplace health and safety rules or procedures
• Follow the company's Substance Misuse Policy

What We Are Looking For

• Apply common sense understanding to follow instructions
• Use computer-based systems to perform job duties
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
• Show excellent communication skills
• Have a positive, can-do, upbeat personality
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
