Passenger Service Agent (PT)
Key Purpose
The Passenger Service Agent delivers extraordinary customer service to our clients and their customers. The Passenger Service Agent will check in passengers, assist at the departure gate, and assist with arriving passengers while projecting a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Must be able to understand one’s physical limitations to the extent necessary to perform the necessary functions and tasks of the job
- Standing and walking are required for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to bend, twist, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Hearing protection is required while on the ramp
- Passenger Service Agents are often exposed to all outside weather conditions for the area

About the Role
ISS offers a competitive hourly salary of $17.00 per hour - $17.00 per hour. Work Hours: The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
