Pay: $16.00/hour
Light benefits with $0.50 pay increases at 90 days and 180 days

Part Time Shifts: Both AM and PM

Responsibilities

• Aid passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other issues in the airport.
• Operate host self-service kiosks and verify passenger documents.
• Interpret identification labels and baggage/cargo routing.
• Ensure work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
• Perform other gate area tasks including making announcements, checking baggage, and assigning.

Requirements

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Computer skills required for using computer-based systems.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, can-do, upbeat personality, ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Standing for long periods at the ticket counter and gate check-in.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
