About the role
Responsible for operating company vehicles to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. Must hold a valid CDL with appropriate endorsements.
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles on assigned routes
- Load and unload cargo in accordance with safety guidelines
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and report any issues to management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
Requirements
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passing drug and alcohol screening
Skills
- Proficient in using company fleet management software
- Knowledgeable in local traffic patterns and road conditions
