Party and Events Host

Event Coordination

• Coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes.
• Create and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc.
• Facilitate and instruct party participants in craft projects.
• Perform face painting and other activities.
• Communicate with clients about events and store team members.
• Adjust plans and events based on client feedback.
• Create backup or emergency plans as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.

Customer Service

• Help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide solutions and assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Complete enrollments and answer emails, make phone calls, and complete paperwork.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.

Operational Tasks

• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.
• Unload trucks and maintain store recovery standards.
• Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
