Party/Events Host

Event Coordination

• Coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes.
• Create and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc.
• Facilitate and instruct party participants in craft projects.
• Perform face painting and other activities.
• Communicate with clients about events.
• Adjust plans and events based on client feedback.
• Create and execute backup or emergency plans.

Customer Service

• Help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide solutions and assist with Omni channel processes.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Complete enrollments and surveys.

Operational Tasks

• Unload and load trucks.
• Stock merchandise and maintain store recovery standards.
• Perform store in stock optimization and AD set duties.
• Participate in daily store cleanliness activities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
