Parttime Inside Sales

About the role

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, helping them navigate the vast array of beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Inform customers about current promotions and upcoming events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Maintain the store environment and communicate inventory issues to management.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One to two years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
