Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer product questions
• Guide shoppers through their purchase decisions
• Operate the point-of-sale system
• Process transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
• Help keep the sales floor organized
• Engage in content creation
• Support inventory activities such as tagging and stocking
• Assist with basic visual merchandising
• Follow store policies and safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic sales and retail skills, including handling transactions, operating a POS system, and supporting merchandising and inventory tasks
• Reliable time management and organization abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and follow store safety and loss-prevention guidelines
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential
• Availability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
