Parts Warehouse Person

Responsibilities

• Unload shipping containers and accurately receive and inspect merchandise.
• Inspect merchandise for damages and document damages for insurance claims.
• Accurately sort parts in a timely manner.
• Utilize a forklift and picker to accurately and safely pick and pack parts orders for local delivery or outer island shipment.
• Prepare all related shipping documents.
• Assist with cycle counting and other inventory functions.
• Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including reporting safety and material handling equipment concerns.
• Assist with parts delivery driving and other warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse/delivery experience.
• Six months hands-on warehouse/delivery work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and strong driving record.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification within 3 months (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and safety focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Pay

Pay Range: $22.20 - $25.21 per hour
