Mission
The mission for this position is to provide quality customer service, to maintain an organized and accurate warehouse inventory, and to ensure accurate digital and physical records.
Outcomes
- Assist customers with scanners to ensure all parts are consistently checked out to the correct work orders and departments
- Thoroughly and efficiently complete paperwork for payroll deductions when issuing rain gear to customers
- Assist customers who wish to purchase Stahlbush apparel, processing all payments with Stahlbucks through the TMS system.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Offload freight deliveries in a safe and efficient manner, checking for any damage to product and rejecting or noting the damage as necessary
- For all other deliveries, find the packing slips and fully verify contents to ensure all items ordered arrived and in the correct quantities: if items are missing or incorrect, contact the vendor to resolve the issue. All items received for stock must be put away immediately – print all Ereqs and Purchase Orders necessary and match them with packing slips to assist with the receiving process in SL
- Mark the date on each package and assign a location in the designated racks using the Parts Here system and keep all deliveries and pickups updated.
- Assist customers with looking up stock parts and warehouse locations as well as the retrieval of orders using the Parts Lookup and Parts Here systems
- Order replenish the front office supply room as requested through the central supplies order email, as well as replenishing copy paper and printer toner as requested
- Assist with parts returns to the warehouse and to vendors
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, phone calls and assisting customers as required
- Train new employees performing related work
- Pick up or deliver parts as needed from/to suppliers
- Maintain truck cleanliness and fuel as needed. Let a mechanic know when there is an issue or it’s time for maintenance
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year or more related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One or more years of related experience and/or training in warehousing and/or food processing environment
- One year or more computer/data entry experience
- Ability to prioritize
- Bilingual English/Spanish desirable
- Ability to work independently and seek guidance when necessary

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm
