Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize parts warehouse inventory, ensuring availability for service technicians and customers.
• Perform cycle counts on inventory.
• Process parts orders and returns, pick and pack items, and make hydraulic hoses.
• Deliver parts to customers and parts-drop locations as needed.
• Collaborate with service technicians and customers to understand and fulfill their parts needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card if not currently possessed.
• At least three years of warehouse and inventory experience, including some time in a mechanical parts environment.
• Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with database environments.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/Carrying: 40 lbs. lift/carry and 50 lb. pull.
• Repetitive motions: Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Dexterity: Normal.
• Frequent standing/sitting and movement up and down stairs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Noise level: Usually quiet in office settings; moderate to loud in other areas, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
