Parts Warehouse Associate - Second Shift

Yancey Bros. Co., established in 1914, is the authorized Caterpillar equipment dealer for Georgia. We provide comprehensive sales, parts, and service to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform and enter daily cycle counts each morning.
• Receive all stock orders each day and properly bin locate items.
• Inspect worn cores before issuing credit.
• Review and issue part and core credits from previous day.
• Build hoses using proper assembly and contamination control techniques.
• Pull all orders in a timely manner, including branch transfers and shop orders.
• Absorb and process warranty parts return requests weekly.
• Purge unneeded items from warranty hold areas monthly.
• Maintain a clean warehouse by sweeping and cleaning daily.
• Respond to all warranty parts return requests weekly.

Qualifications

• Able to obtain forklift certification.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively and higher amounts with assistive devices.
• Willingness to work in hot and cold weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, basic data entry).
• Safety-conscious and customer-focused.
• Self-driven and takes pride in work.
