Responsibilities
- Aid in determining parts requirements with customers
- Sell parts and provide order processing services
- Maintain a clean in-store display and merchandise sales area
- Present merchandise to customers with professional selling techniques
- Operate as a facilitator for customers in finding what they want
- Maintain excellent customer relations at all times
- Operate within all parts policies and procedures of the company
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Good computer and systems knowledge
- Ability to lift items 50 lbs or less routinely or up to 90 lbs occasionally
- Parts counter customer service experience a plus, but not required
- Congrete experience a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Eager to learn
- Must be able to pass a drug screen

$20-24/hour depends on experience, plus commission
