About the role

Since 1951, Colliflower Inc. has been the gold standard in fluid connector solutions, operating 52 stores across the East Coast. As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll join a dynamic team where you'll learn the technical craft and operational skills required to run a successful Colliflower store.

Responsibilities

  • Master every aspect of our business through a blend of technical work and retail management
  • Technical Mastery: Fabricate custom hose assemblies and become a trusted expert in hose technology
  • Store Operations: Manage inventory levels, handle parts counter sales, and maintain a brand-consistent facility
  • Customer Excellence: Solve complex problems for our customers, ensuring every contact with Colliflower is a win

Requirements

  • Mechanical Aptitude: You like figuring out how things work
  • People Skills: You are personable, professional, and can communicate effectively with everyone
  • The Hustle: You are a self-motivated "self-starter" who handles multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and a willingness to travel regionally to various store locations
  • The Essentials: Valid driver’s license (good driving record), reliable personal transportation, and a High School diploma/GED. Proficiency with math, measurements, and basic computer systems is a must
