Team Store Responsibilities
- Sort, price, stock, and arrange team merchandise
- Use the point of sale system (Square)
- Become an expert on store products
- Provide high-quality customer service to store guests
- Check out in-person guests using POS and follow cash handling procedures
- Take inventory of products
- Process online orders for fulfillment including order picking, packing and shipping
- Use heat press equipment to apply badges and jersey customization
- Congduct assigned tasks efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy
Requirements
- Availability during business hours (Monday through Friday 10a-5pm) as well as evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- In-season, Retail Specialists should expect to work a schedule focused on staffing the store on game days and during other events at the stadium.
- The retail team also has the responsibility of staffing merchandise pop-up stands on behalf of touring musicians performing at the facility.
