Parts Specialist - Bilingual

Department: Parts • Location: All Roads Trucks – Landover

About the role

We are searching for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Parts Specialist to coordinate and sell heavy equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
• Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
• Answer telephone, greet in person, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
• Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and assist team members
• Must be able to lift and transport materials 50–80 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Work Authorization: Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship

Pay

$20 hourly plus commission (based on experience).
