About the role
As a Parts Specialist, you will work in a shop environment where your attention to detail and love for routine tasks will ensure stocking levels are maintained. You will respond to the Kanban stocking system, work orders, shop requests, and tasks from other areas on a regular basis. Proactively, you will engage vendors to establish best pricing and service. Responsibilities include placing orders with purchasing, receiving products, pulling parts for production orders, and organizing stock. Responsibilities
- Maintain stocking levels using the Kanban system
- Respond to work orders, shop requests, and tasks from other areas
- Engage vendors to establish best pricing and service
- Place orders with purchasing and receive products
- Pull parts for production orders and organize stock
- Use online documentation and web-based software systems
Requirements
- Focused with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with routine tasks and checklists
- Proficient with computers, smartphones, and web-based software
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email)
- Quick learner with a willingness to adapt
- Able to meet physical requirements for a heavy-equipment environment (90% of time on feet)
- Basic hand tool knowledge and ability to follow written instructions

Schedule
- 40–45 hours per week, 5 days a week
- Daytime schedule (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, no night shift)
- Paid overtime available during peak times
Pay
Annual range: $64,000–$86,000 USD (includes wages + bonus).
