PARTS SHIPPING-RECEIVING

About the Role

Efficient shipping and receiving of freight to fulfill customer needs within the Parts Department. Represent and promote the Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental Department operations to ensure customer confidence, repeat business, and maximum return for the Dealership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving of freight and parts
• Provide polite, responsive customer service
• Assist other parts staff as required
• Increase parts sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge
• Assist in stocking and organizing the department
• Maintain a strong work ethic reflective of the Parts Team

Qualifications

• Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including needs assessment, meeting quality standards, evaluating customer satisfaction, and excellent phone communication skills
• Computers and Systems: Proficiency with computers, software systems, and email
• Cooperation: Ability to be pleasant, good-natured, and cooperative with others
• Self-Control: Maintain composure, control emotions, and avoid aggressive behavior in difficult situations
• Attention to Detail: Be thorough and careful in completing work tasks
