About the role

Responsibilities
- Field customer calls, emails, assisting in parts selection process and cradle to grave order fulfilment.
- Provide product support knowledge to ensure accurate parts are selected, quoted, sold, packaged and shipped to the customer with correct paperwork.
- Liaison for intercompany transfers within the RITALKA Organizations.
- Regular communication with supply chain to ensure accurate stocking levels and lead time generation.
- Timely communication to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- A high school degree or GED, with an Associates degree preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite and online services like UPS.com for shipping.
- Professional email and phone etiquette with order taking skills.
- Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and within ambiguous situations.
- Experience with shipping freight and general product packaging.
- Understanding and communicating technical status with engineering and management.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between company locations on occasion.
- Ability to read and/or learn to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and bill of materials.
Qualifications

Pay
$36,500 - $52,000, in accordance with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (Flexible Start/End Times Between 7am to 6pm).
