Parts Sales Representative

About the role

United Ag & Turf is a John Deere Dealership with multiple locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. We serve customers in commercial, construction, agricultural, and consumer industries, striving for exceptional customer experience across all locations and departments, including parts, sales, service, and transportation.

This role involves selling service parts, bulk fluids, attachments, and accessories, as well as performing in-store customer service, organizational promotion, and stocking duties. You will identify and provide complete parts solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly environment, maintaining high standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and ensuring all customer service components are met.
• Maintain awareness of product information, promotions, and advertisements.
• Assist in display maintenance, floor moves, and store housekeeping.
• Process and replenish parts stock, participate in receiving and sorting part orders, and keep merchandise stocked on the floor.
• Adhere to all United Ag & Turf policies, procedures, and practices.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Open crates, boxes, and other containers.
• Assist in counting parts and equipment inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.

Qualifications

• One-year prior parts sales experience (preferred).
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
